Another day another dollar. Made a monthly budget today, hopefully it will help me towards achieving my two year goal of having enough for a downpayment for a house. So far, it looks pretty good. But who knows what kind of unexpected expenses will come.

Haven't had many lucid dreams lately for some odd reason. I even tried waking up at 3am but that still didn't work. At PSU, I use to get them very often. Though I do get very many vivid dreams now.

I was thinking about it, when we dream everything seems so real. It's not until we wake up that we realize it was all a dream. Even when we do the things that are illogical like flying, jumping to the moon, or even talking animals, it's all real until we wake up. Lucid dreaming is when you are aware you are dreaming. Once in a while when I dream and somthing weird happens, I realize it's a dream and I start to control it, having power over everything that happens until I wake.  On the same token, reality could be thought of the same way.  Maybe life is all just a dream and when we die, we finally wake up. I think those that realize they are dreaming, hence lucid dreaming in reality  are the  "enlightened" ones, i.e. Buddha .

So in sum, become elightened, be lucid in this dream we call reality. Maybe then I can take full control over this "dream."

Ok, so I've decided to start posting on Xanga again, and not those short pointless entries I used to do.  Just random stuff that I think about.

To update:
Came back from Vegas a few weeks ago and WON money. I'm happy to say that I didn't have to tap mac once when I was there.  I first won a free raffle for $500 at  a pool party. Then I took that money to gamble and it grew to as much as $1,300, but fell to $1,000. So that was when I decided to quit. Although my trip buddy didn't do as well.  Lets just say I basically won what he lost plus interest.

Just finished my first week at Aramark and I must say, it is ALOT better then I expected. I'm actually putting what I learned into practice. Something I wasn't able to do during my two co-ops. I'm still in training and will be for the next 3 weeks, so maybe it will go downhill after that (I sure hope not). But so far, so good.

Went to see Click with sharon for her birthday. Awesome movie, I highly recommend it. One of Adam Sandler's best movies. Then went to old city with the PSU crew. All in all good weekend. Last good weekend before my hermit period.

Shows I'm looking forward to see:
Last Comic Standing
Heroes
Superman Returns:)
